Project Homeless Connect is an opportunity for homeless people in our community to access services/benefits to help them move forward into housing and self-sufficiency.

The Project was created as a point of entry for those in need of support and also to bring attention to the impact of homelessness in our community.

Project Homeless Connect will provide “one stop” access to services such as: medical/health care screenings and referrals, employment services and opportunities, shelter and housing resources, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, domestic violence counseling, and meals, as well as resources for other individually identified needs.

Volunteers are greatly needed to help connect homeless consumers to agencies present, serve lunch, pick up donated items, set up and clean up after the event.  If you are unable to volunteer for the full even then even a portion of your time would be greatly appreciated.

To volunteer, please email Lisa Mazur (MCC) at lmazur@manchesterchristian.com or Shane Fisher (SNHS) at sfisher@snhs.org.  Look forward to seeing you there!
